Delete your account

To request deletion of your Ecodrop account and all associated data, send an email from the address linked to your account. We process requests within 7 business days.

On deletion, your account, QR codes, transaction history and personal data are permanently removed. This cannot be undone. Unused refills on deleted QR codes are lost.
