Refill Instructions

Simple, step by step instructions to fill up your EcoDrop Bottle on the go.

Step 1

Align the QR code on the water bottle/tag with the light emitted from the black box. Hold the bottle/tag approximately 5-10cm away from the scanner.

Step 2

After hearing a blip sound, place the bottle on the bottle marking below.

Step 3

Wait for the green light to go on and then off again. This indicates that the water station has recognised the bottle and is ready to dispense water.

Step 4

Once the bottle is filled, remove it from the water station. Simply repeat the process knowing you are doing your part for a plastic-free Victoria Falls.
